This service is designed for the busy couple who do not have the time to do everything it takes to plan a wedding, and still manage their day-to-day life. Essentially, this is for you if you love a “white-glove” service.
- Access to planner (in-person, phone or email) to develop Initial Concept
- Planner assistance in budget Creation & management
- Customized wedding checklist and schedule creation
- Curation of design proposal with color palette
- Assistance with venue selection & management
- Assistance with vendor recommendations based on your style, and budget
- Assistance with contract review and negotiation (where applicable)
- Customized floor plan
- Bridal gown shopping and designer recommendations
- Assists in scheduling vendor meetings, design meetings and tastings
- Attends scheduled meetings and maintains communication with all vendors.
- Rehearsal coordination
- Three (3) event managers on the day of the wedding per 150 guests. Additional event managers may be added pending final guest count.
** Pricing is based on various factors such as guest count, multi-day events, decor installations, vendor count to manage, and other complex logistics like number of venues and locations.**
